NOTE: All orders are processed AFTER THE ORDER DEADLINE DATE  (May 5th).  The items are then produced and shipped to your home 4 weeks after the deadline.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships along with a Canada Post Tracking number. We use Canada Post shipping rates which are automatically calculated at time of check out.

Payments: Purchases from the eshop will show a charge from Portage Promotioinals/South Portage Group on your credit card statement and Stripe payment receipts.

Clothing can be replaced in the event of manufacturer’s defect, but not in the event of incorrect sizing, so please make good use of the size charts included and feel free to reach out to Colleen at colleen@portagepromo.ca with any questions.
